To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prestige Food Central's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, recipes, methods, and materials developed by Prestige Food Central remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our proprietary information without written consent.
